SMITH, Joan (nee D'Arcy) Passed away on February 9, 2011. Survived by her husband Cecil, sons Charles and Mark, grandchildren Matthew and Amber Lyn, sisters Pat, Kathleen & Denise. Also surviving are many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by her sisters Betty & Ella.
