POPE, Joan Shirley - Peacefully on Saturday December 20, 2008, Joan Shirley Pope in her 83 year. Beloved wife of the late Paul Pope. Dear mother of Carol Ransom & her husband Leigh of Barrie, Jane Tomporowski of Angus, Alice Groot and her husband Joe of Oro and predeceased by her only son Paul Ramon Jr. Sadly missed by her 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren & their families. She is survived by her sisters Lorna Lottman of Florida and Leila Bentley of Bellville, predeceased by her brothers, Barnie, Bill, Wally, Freddy, Russell and her sisters Betty and Jessie. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Citidal, 151 Lillian Crescent, Barrie on Monday January 5, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
