KELLY, JOAN M. - At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, September 15th, 2004, Joan Mary (Martin) Kelly, wife of Alfred Kelly of West Saint John, NB. Born in Saint John, she is the daughter of the late William and Anna (Babineau) Martin. Surviving in addition to her husband Alfred are her children, Winnie Gervais of St. Martins, Judy Deschenes (Real), Janette Girouard, Arlene Carvell of Alberta, Ila Ross (Delbert), Allen (Helen), Carmen (Paula), Wendy King (Wayne), Leola Kelly, Pauline Kelly of St. Catherines, Ont; two sisters, Betty Ketchum, Isabelle Blizzard; and brother Dave Martin; 38 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; cousins; nieces and nephews. Joan was predeceased by her daughter Loretta Morrison. Resting at CASTLE "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, West Saint John, NB (634-1701), from where the visitation will be held on Thursday from 7-9 pm and on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 18th, 2004 at 10:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Church. The interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
