Joan M. (Meade) Dean, a homemaker of Weymouth, formerly of Quincy, died on Monday, Sept. 20, 2010 at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth. She was 79 years of age. Born, raised and educated in Quincy, Joan had lived in Weymouth for 45 years. Beloved wife of the late Bruce B. Dean; she is survived nieces, nephews and her dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, East Weymouth on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
