Joan Palmer Hayes April 27, 2011 Joan Kathlean Palmer Hayes, 72, Cicero, passed away Wednesday with her family by her side. She was a lifelong homemaker who adored her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Kenneth A; a daughter, Kathlean R. (John H. Jr.) Still; five sons, Kenneth A. Jr., Robert J. (Susan), Phillip R., William L. (Sue Ellen) and Timothy J. Hayes; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
