Joan Faye Carter, 80, of LaFollette, died June 11.She was preceded by husband, Nelson Carter; son, Eugene Brendle and parents, Stanley and Ruth Blankenbiller.She is survived by daughter, Linda Ayers; brothers, Terry Blankenbiller and Check Blankenbiller.Funeral services were private with no visitation.Walters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
