"JoAnne" Brown Davis, 67, of 105 Jefferson Drive, Westminster, S.C., died Tuesday, June 22, 2004, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.She was born on June 1, 1937, in Seneca, S.C., and was the daughter of the late B.C. Brown and Ellen Smith. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy Pless. She was a nurse and attended Newry Church of God.She is survived by her husband, Donald Davis, of the home; a son, Barry Moore, of Anderson, S.C.; two daughters, Tracy Pless of Dewy Rose, Ga., and Lynn Bridges of Anderson, S.C.; two sisters, Jean Richardson of Seneca, S.C., and Shellie Gianotti of Pleasanton, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 26, 2004, at 3 p.m. at the Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Stan Rankin officiating, and burial to follow at Courtenay Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends today, June 25, 2004, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home of Seneca, S.C.The family will be at their respective homes.Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home of Seneca is in charge of arrangements.
