Obituary of Jo-Frances Carter

Jo Frances Carter, 59, of Louisville, died Sunday at Kindred Hospital. She was a clerical worker for Jefferson Medical Associates and a member of Faith Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Beth Poole; son, Brian Carter; three grandchildren, Cara Poole and Cody and McKenna Carter; ex-husband, Howard "Butch" Carter; sister, Alice Franklin; and brother, Harlan "Lucky" Hayes. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial: Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Tuesday.
