JEWEL JOHNSON COCOA Jewel J. Johnson, 83, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in Benton, AR. Mrs. Johnson was born in Augusta, GA. She came to Brevard County in 1956 from Augusta. She was a mem ber of the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island where she was a member for 48 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard A. Johnson and a daughter, Barbara Arnett. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, Richard Johnson of Benton, AR; six grand- children; five great-grandchil dren; and her husband, Alan Sanford. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon on Saturday, July 28th, with serv ices following at 12 Noon, at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brevard Memorial Park.
