->Carter, Jessie T.Madisonville, KY: Was born on October 12, 1935. She departed this life on July 16, 2011 in Madisonville, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Carter. They both had retired from Eastman Kodak, and moved back to Madisonville, KY; Jessie retired after 23 yrs. of service.She leaves to cherish her memory 2 daughters, Elaine (Chick) Hobbs and Rita A. Carter, both of Rochester, N.Y.; 6 grandchildren, Syreeta Edwards of NYC, Kenneth Plummer of Texas, Kelly and Shavoy Walker, Kristopher and Keturah Carter all of Rochester, NY; and 14 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers and 2 sisters; and 1 sister-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Fund or Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Building Fund at P.O.
