->Williams, Jessie Mae (Belton)Jessie Mae (Belton) Williams, went home to be with our Saviour on March 23, 2012. She was born on November 27, 1932 in Hopkins, South Carolina and migrated to Yonkers, New York in 1945. Jessie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James ("Tucker") Williams Sr., brothers, Sam Belton Sr. and David ("Bubba") Belton Sr.; sisters, Margaret Campbell Pearson and Ella Bell Ladsen Brown. She was a longtime employee of Cabrini Nursing Home, and a faithful member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Jessie is survived by her loving children, Betty Lee Williams Anderson of Yonkers, New York, and James ("Bobby") ("Blackjack") Williams Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; sisters, Emma Cooper of Yonkers, N.Y., and Hattie Dwight Newton of Columbia, S.C.; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday, March 30 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 175 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, New York 10705 (914) 965-8540. Funeral services 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 31 at the church. Professional services have been entrusted to Brooks Memorial Home, 275 Warburton Ave., Yonkers, New York (914) 965-3781.
