Burial will be in Parrish Cemetery, Parrish.Survivors include his wife, Barbara; three sons Terry, Howard and Jesse Jr.; a daughter, Brittany; a grandson; a sister, Mary Randall; a brother, Alvernis Pompey; and his stepmother, Henrietta Livingston of Palmetto.
