CARTER, Jessamine Martin 87, died Feb. 13, 2013. Jessie was born in Conway, SC. She was employed by the City of Largo. Jessie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks. Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, James. She is survived son, James David Carter, Gulfport; brother, Dr. Clifton B. Belcher and wife, Eunice of Raleigh, NC; one nephew and two nieces. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mission Ministry at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks, 12685 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33774.
