He was retired from JHM Hotels, Inc. and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a member of Augusta Road United Methodist Church and the South Greenville Masonic Lodge.Surviving are his wife of the home; daughter, Johnlyn Green and husband, Greg of Pelzer; sons, Jeremy Davis and wife, Caitlyn of Powdersville, Danny Miles of Simpsonville; grandchildren, Justin Brown and Jeremy Johnson; special nieces, Toni Lindley and husband, Paul, Stephanie Moses; special great nieces, Paula Brasfield and Keri Lindley.He was predeceased by a sister, Linda Riden and brother, John Henry Davis, Jr.The family is at the home and will receive friends 10-11 am Monday, January 3, 2011 at Augusta Road United Methodist Church.
