Survivors include her husband, Lance Medelle; a daughter, Jami Smith of Flagstaff; a son, Erik Wheeler of Bradenton; mother Charlie Cziraky of Sarasota; father Owen Smith of Tallahassee; and a brother, Jason Smith of Tallahassee.
