Jennifer Chandler Van Cleave Lee, 35, passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011, in Erie, Pa., after a lengthy battle with cancer. Jennifer, formerly of Akron Ohio, and Linden, N.J., was currently living in Waterford, Pa. She was predeceased by her mother, Cathy Manning Chandler, and her husband, Otis Lee. She leaves her father, Jack Chandler, and brother Jessie Chandler of Akron, Ohio, and her three children, Allison Chandler, Hanna and Owen Lee, and her grandson, Austin Chandler. Jennifer attended School No. 6 in Linden, N.J.; Soehl Middle School and Linden High School. In addition to her children, Jennifer touched many lives: her loving grandmother, Donna Manning; her aunts, uncles and cousins, and her adopted family, Ken, Katie and Kris Van Cleave of Linden, N.J. Jennifer will be laid to rest in Akron, Ohio, on Sept. 10 with her mother, Cathy. Friends are invited to support "Jenn's Kids," a fund established to help support her children.
