Jennie Julia Williamsof EndicottJennie Julia (Borowski) Williams, 72, of Endicott, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away in her home on Saturday, April 16, 2005, after a brief battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Ludmilla and Anthony; her sister, Anne; and her brother, Joseph. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Jack; and her loving children, daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Bob Malarkey; son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Judy; son and daughter-in-law, Jack Jr. and Stacey; and a daughter, Lisa Williams. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert Jr. and his wife, Jamie, Derek, Ashley, BriAnna, Mikayla; and her great-grandson, Gavin; and her sisters, Marge, Jarimilla and Charlotte; and a brother, Anthony Jr. Jennie was a "people person" who enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved her family very much and enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life. She worked at Endicott-Johnson Corp. for several years, where she made many good friends. She loved bowling with her husband in their senior league at Ideal Lanes. She also enjoyed casino slots and playing cards with her family. In October of 2003 she and her husband celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas with their entire family and it was the trip of a lifetime. The family would like to thank the staff of Wilson Hospital, South Tower 5 and Lourdes Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.A private funeral service will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main St., Endicott, on Monday, April 18, 2005, from 3 to 6 p.m. Jennie will be deeply missed. She brightened each of our lives with joy and laughter. Her love for her family and friends will go on and she will remain forever in our hearts.
