AUGUSTA, Ga.-Entered into rest Wednesday May 9, 2006 at his residence, Mr. Jeff Lee Johnson, age 30, son of Mr. Walter (Bob) and Linda Johnson. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday May 12, 2006 at Elliott Sons, Lumpkin Road Chapel with the Rev. Lloyd Green officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Johnson was a native of Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota and had made the Augusta area his home for most of his life. He was employed by Proctor and Gamble here in Augusta and was a 1994 graduate of Hephzibah High School where he played football and was involved in weight lifting. He will be missed by all who loved him. Additional survivors include two sons, Aaron Johnson, Bryce Johnson of Augusta; three brothers, Joe Johnson, Durham, NC, Jim Johnson, Grovetown, Jerry Johnson, Blythe; his parents of Blythe and Heather Johnson, Augusta. Pallbearers will be Lee Smith, Jimmy Allen, Ken Henderson, Eric Yarborough, Danny Guffey, Brian McKinstry and Tony Boyd.
