In loving memory of CACCIOTTI, Jeannine "Gina" "Jean" (nee Beaulieu) At 67 years, of Ice Lake, Manitoulin Island, who passed away Friday, February 11, 2000 at Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ottawa, Ontario and married Gino Cacciotti in Ottawa in 1953. Jeannine moved to Sudbury in 1957 where she remained until 1987 and then retired with her husband Gino to Ice Lake on Manitoulin Island. Always welcoming a new challenge, she had diversified jobs from food service to health service to customer service. She came out of retirement on occasion to work in Gore Bay for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. A creative person, Jeannine especially enjoyed painting and was an accomplished artist winning many awards for her oil paintings each winter in Brownsville, Texas where she was an active member of the Brownsville Art Guild. Many people, in organized soccer and the Italian communities of Ottawa and Sudbury, will remember Jeannine for her graciousness, hospitality and willingness to assist others. She was devoted to her family. She was a member of the Caruso Club Ladies Auxiliary. Beloved wife of Gino Cacciotti of Ice Lake. Loving mother of Nina (Senecal) of Barrie, Teresa, Marcello (wife Donna) and Gino (wife Celina), all of Sudbury. Adored Nana of Dean, Deanna and Dante. Dear daughter of Arthur and Marie Jeanne Beaulieu predeceased. Dear sister of Leo (wife Inez) predeceased, Andre (wife Veronica) of Winchester, Elizabeth Barr (husband Vern) and Yvonne Langlois of Ottawa, and Irene Sampson (husband Roy) of Stittsville. Dear sister-in-law of Rosina Cacciotti and Giuditta Fragomeni (husband Tony), both of Sudbury and Enzo Cacciotti (wife Carmella) of Chelmsford. Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews. Resting at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Barnard Chapel Monday, February 14, 2000 at 11 a.m. Cremation in the Parklawn Crematorium. Donations to Northern Cancer Research Fund would be appreciated.
