BAGGIO, Jeannette (Jacques) Peacefully with her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on January 13, 2004, at 61 years of age. Beloved wife of 41 years of marriage to Mario and daughter of Pearl and the late Alvin Jacques. Loving mother of son Mark Baggio of Vancouver, daughter Lisa and husband Dante Gatti of Windsor, daughter Chris and husband Paul Merritt of Tecumseh. Wonderful grandma to Dominique Gatti, Jacob, David and Olivia Merritt. Jeannette will be greatly missed by her loving sisters Yvonne and husband Paul Hollinsky, Shirley and husband Lino Casagrande, Catherine Stein and brother Maurice and Janet Jacques. Sister-in-law to Stellio and Rina Baggio, Vanillo and Lidia Baggio, Stella and Giovanni Ganassin (of Italy) and Iseo and best friend Agnese Baggio. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends. Jeannette remained an active member of Sacred Heart Parish in LaSalle. Participating in various sacraments, masses and fund raising events. Friends will be received at the DeMarco Funeral Home (LaSalle Chapel), 2130 Front Rd., LaSalle (734-1448) on Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Thursday at 7 p.m. NOTE: Family and friends are asked to go directly to Sacred Heart Church, LaSalle on Friday, January 16, 2004 for visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. Entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
