NEW BEDFORD -- Jeannette E. (Lavallee) Pelletier, 70, of Rochester died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2005, at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of Gilbert P. Pelletier. Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Eugene and Helen (Perry) Lavallee, she lived in Rochester for 38 years. Mrs. Pelletier had worked for Winthrop Atkins Corp. of Middleboro. She liked to camp, travel and read. Survivors include her widower; three daughters, Deborah Hardy, Brenda Gaj and her husband, Walter, all of Fairhaven, and Karen Pelletier and her companion, Raymond Fitzpatrick, of Attleboro; a sister, Claire Fonseca of New Bedford; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Alfred Lavallee. Her funeral Mass will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Francis Xavier Church, Acushnet, followed by burial at River-Side Cemetery, Fairhaven. Arrangements are by Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd.
