COVENTRY - Jeanette (Levesque) Michaud, 80, of Coventry, formerly of Meriden, wife of the late Hubert Michaud, died on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at her home after a brief illness.She was born in St. André, New Brunswick, Canada on July 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Thomas and Claire (Roberge) Levesque, and had resided in Meriden for over 40 years before moving to Coventry in 2006. She was a parishioner of St. Laurent Church, Meriden.She is survived by three daughters, Carole (Charles) Upton, of Coventry, Lynda Michaud, of Farmington, and Sylvie (Gordon) Spidle, of North Carolina; two sons, Jean-Yves (Linda) Michaud, of North Carolina, and Robert (Faith) Michaud, of Virginia; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; survived by three sisters, Gemma (Raoul) Pelletier, of Toronto, Aurora Lagace, of Meriden, and Rina Steip, of Toronto; one brother, Guildor Levesque (Huguette), of Montreal; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Gaetan Michaud, of Meriden; one granddaughter, Victoria Spidle, of Meriden; and a brother, Adrien Levesque, of Toronto.The funeral will be held on Monday, April 4, at 10:30 a.m., from the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, and at 11a.m., at St. Laurent Church, 121 Camp St., Meriden, for a Mass of Christian burial. Burial will be in St. Laurent Cemetery.
