Jean Maddrey Wilson, 80, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Maddrey of Seaboard, N.C., died Friday, June 8, 2007, at Clemson Downs. She was a graduate of Meredith College for Women in Raleigh, N.C. She taught in North Carolina, Ohio and Clemson, where she taught at the Episcopal Day School of Clemson for 23 years. She was the wife of the late Dr. Hugh H. Wilson. Surviving are a daughter, Ann Wilson Owens of Greer, S.C.; son, Carl M. Wilson of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Mrs. James E. Brooks and Mrs. C.W. Davis, both of Raleigh, N.C.; and grandchildren, Hayes Owens, Hugh Wilson and Beth Wilson.Memorial services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Clemson United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
