Born in New Britain, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Dr. William Francis Flanagan and the late Helen Finnegan Flanagan.She was predeceased by her husbands, Winston John Walter and Anthony John Sposato. She was the beloved mother of Winston John Walter, Jr. and his wife Cecelia, Andrew William Walter and his wife Maia, John Wilson Walter and his wife Kelley, William Francis Walter and his wife Courtney Silk and Keith Michael Walter and his wife Susan, grandmother of Brian, Tara, Jack, Alexa, Emma, Julia, Jillian, Abigail, Hailey, Leah and Sophie; step-mother of Darcy Scatterday and her husband Sam and their children, Chris and Tracy, Paul Sposato and his wife Susan and their children, Matt and Laura, Donna Williams and her husband Peter and their children, Molly and Annie and Thomas Sposato. She was predeceased by her siblings, Helen Walsh, Joan Smith, Barbara Barry and William Flanagan.A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00AM on Monday, October 20, 2014 at ST. CORNELIUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 160 Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania 19348. A viewing will be held at the church from 9:00AM to 10:00AM.
