FEDYK-SMITH, Jean Patricia January 14, 1934 - June 15, 2011 Deeply cherished and beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Jean left us on June 15, 2011 at the Laurel Place Hospice. She leaves to mourn her passing her four sons; Dan (Sherry), Jimm (Sylvia), Bob (Sherri) and Chris (Cathy), her sister Marion (Ralph), sister-in-law Frances, nieces Deborah (Rick), Diane (Ted), nephew Don (Hilda) and the many Grandchildren that she loved.
