<!-- FH = Davis Seawinds Funeral Home -->Alberta Jean Miller, 79, went to be with Jesus, on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Holmes Regional Medical Center. Jean was born on August 3, 1932 in Kansas City, KS to the late James Trowbridge and Margret Trevarton. She married Floyd A. Miller in 1950. Jean owned & operated Grandma Jeans Fabric Shop in Kansas City, KS until her retirement. &#10;Jean moved to Melbourne, FL in 2001 where she carried on her passion for crafts and quilting. She proudly attended the Cornerstone Church of God in Melbourne, FL and had a strong faith in God. Jean will be truly missed.Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years in 2000. Survivors include her sons, James F. Miller (Patty) and Larry A. Miller (Rita); sisters, Kathryn Fall, Enid Jacobs, Nadine Wisdom; grandchildren, Thad, Nathan, David and Laura Miller and Chad Turner; and five great-grandchildren. Family will greet friends from 2 PM to 3 PM (Today) Monday, November 21, 2011 at Davis-Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne with funeral services to follow at 3 PM.
