Jean Marie Casey, 39     BRUNSWICK -- Jean Marie Casey, 39, of Palmer Street, died Wednesday, Dec.5, 2007, at her home surrounded by her family.     She was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on Feb. 24, 1968, the daughter of Roger A. and Nancy T. (Ernst) Essner.    Jean did her undergraduate studies at Brown University where she earned her Bachelors in Public Policy and also Minored in History. She attended graduate school at Carnegie Mellon University completing studies for a Masters in Public Policy.     Jean worked at the Small Business Development Center at the University of Southern Maine, and also had worked at Generations Financial in Freeport. Jean most enjoyed being a mom to her two daughters and a homemaker.     She and her family have lived in Brunswick for five years coming from Freeport. She was a member of the First Parish Church in Brunswick. She and Christopher Casey were married on July 22, 2000.     Besides her husband, Jean is survived by her two daughters, Grace Elizabeth and Ellen LeiLei Casey, both of Brunswick; her parents of Brunswick; a stepson, Jordan Christopher Casey of Auburn, a stepdaughter, Miranda Diann Casey of Auburn; two brothers, Roger Essner of Slatington, Pa., and Glenn Essner of Ellicott City, Md.; her sister, Diane McCarroll of Warminster, Pa.; her paternal grandmother, Yvonne Essner of Ormond Beach, Fla.; her maternal grandmother, Margaret Ernst of New York; and several nieces and nephews.     Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at the Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St., Brunswick. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Parish Church, Brunswick. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Brunswick in the spring.
