Obituary of Jean Mack


MACK Jean Mack, of Kenosha, WI, formerly of Ponte Vedra Beach, died on Dec. 20, 2011 at Brookside Care Center with her sister and niece by her side. Born in Milwaukee on April 19, 1926, to Ed and Evelyn (Densky) Baumgartner. For over 36 years, Jean worked for AT&T in Washington, DC and Bell South in Jacksonville, FL Jean was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea ushering at the 5 p.m. Mass. She volunteered at the fort in St. Augustine, and the Jacksonville Humane Society. Jean was a life long animal activist. Her dogs were her pride and joy. Jean's laughter put everyone in a good mood. She was very independent, well traveled always maintaining her own character and style. Her husband, Albert Mack preceded her in death. Private funeral services were held in OLSS, Ponte Vedra Beach with her final resting place in the church columbarium. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
