Jones Jones, Jean L., 54, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2003. She was born in West Orange, NJ, the third daughter of four. A Fort Lauderdale sun lover and carefree spirit whose Irish humor brought joy and light to every gathering. Married May 25, 2001 to Raymond Lee Jones who proved that there really is a true soul partner for each of us on this earth. Jean was a recipient of Vitas Hospice President's Award; received her Registered Nurse Degree with Academic Honor from Broward Community College and attained certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse; she was an animal lover and a spiritualist. She joins her mother and leaves behind her father Charles Mooney (Lucy). Donations can be made to Gilda's Club of Fort Lauderdale and/or Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund.
