Obituary of Jean Johnson


Jean Johnson, 64, Red Bay, Ala., died Dec. 5, 2001, at Red Bay Hospital.She was a native of Alabama and was retired as a machine operator with Wrangler after 25 years.The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2001, at Deaton Funeral Home chapel, Red Bay, with the Rev. Mickey Trammel officiating.Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery.Survivors include her husband, Carlton Johnson, Red Bay; two daughters, Debra Stanford and husband, Robert Stanford Jr., Russellville, and Sarah Ginn and husband, Davy Ginn, Golden, Miss.; one son, Jeffrey Johnson and wife, Diane Johnson, Diamond Head, Miss.; her mother, Mrs. Bettie Wright, Red Bay; one sister, Johnnie Wood, Red Bay; one brother, Quince Wright, Red Bay; six grandchildren, Carly Ginn, Batesville, Miss., Anna Stanford and Joseph Stanford, both of Russellville, Brandon Johnson and Brittany Johnson, both of Diamond Head, Miss., and Colby Carlos Ginn, Golden, Miss.Honorary pallbearer will be Doug Johnson.Pallbearers will be Steve Senter, Sport Harris, Kane Harris, Jack Ramsey, Bobby Wood, Stan Malone, Robert Hester and Jackie Hastings.Visitation was Thursday at the funeral home.Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, is directing.
