SCOTT Jean F. Scott, age 73, of West Haven, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Connecticut Hospice. She was the mother of Deborah (Martin) Capodiupo, Joseph (Eleanor) Falanga, Leslie (Elisa Brown) Falanga, Mark (Frances) Falanga and Andrew Thomas Falanga; sister of Robert H. Davis, Michael W. Dube and the late, Arthur J. Davis, Linda Lee Keller and Dillon A. Davis; and is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was born in Bridgeport, December 10, 1933, daughter of the late Arthur J. and Marion J. Griffin Davis Sr. She was active with her son, Andrew, in Special Olympics and was recognized by the United States Postal Service for her volunteer services in the 1995 Special Olympics World Games. Private arrangements are in care of the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
