Jean Ellen Cox, 76, of Louisville, passed away Monday at Jewish Hospital. She was the former Jean McNeeley, a native of Lexington, IN, and a member of Jeffersontown Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther A. Cox; one son, Darrell Cox; and her daughter, Donna J. Van Cleave. She is survived by her two sons, Duane and David Cox; her sister, Ruth Sharp; her brother, Donald McNeeley; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son-Hikes Point, with burial in Lexington. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
