GARDNER, Jean Elizabeth (Rogers) In loving memory of Jean Elizabeth (Rogers) Gardner, 79 years, who passed away Wednesday evening, March 19th, 2003 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Born in Canning, Nova Scotia, she worked for 15 years at Pit’s House of Treasurers, retiring in 1991. She was a member of St. James Anglican Church, the Sudbury Curling Club, and for 25 years she served with the I.O.D.E. Jean enjoyed the piano, stained glass work, gardening, and in younger days, square dancing. She was a quiet and creative woman who loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Beloved wife of James "Jim" Gardner predeceased 1988. Loving mother of Rick (wife Judy), Bill (wife Cathy) and Debra (husband Ron deBray) all of Sudbury and Heather (husband John Pajuluoma) of Toronto. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (wife Jennifer), Sherry, Stephen (Kim), Andrew (wife Lisa), Ian (wife Natalie), Ryan (wife Carrie), Michael, Ronald (wife Tricia), Lisa (husband Cory), Bradley, Trenton and 8 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Oscar and Emily Rogers both pre- deceased. Dear sister of George, Lemuel, Oscar, Dorothy and Helen all of Nova Scotia, Elizabeth of Sudbury, predeceased by Clifton and Miller.
