CAMPBELL, Jean Elizabeth “Bessie“ - Peacefully with her family by her side on January 12, 2009 at The Village Retirement Residence in Ridgetown, Jean Elizabeth “Bessie“ Campbell (nee Miller) in her 91st year. Wife of the late John Russell Campbell (February 1988). Survived by her daughter- in-law Marjorie Campbell of Glencoe and daughters Jean (Ted) Kent of Elora and Barbara Campbell of London. Predeceased by her son Robert Allen Campbell (2008) and grandson Robbie (1975). She will be missed by 8 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Margaret Graham of Shetland, brother Donald P. Miller of Bothwell, brother-in-law Russel Harvey of London and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Marjorie Bailey, Thelma Harvey and Marion (Emerson) Campbell. Relatives and friends will be received at the VAN HECK FUNERAL HOME, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 20th at 1:30pm. Rev. Deb Dolbear-Van Bilsen to officiate with interment following at Oakland Cemetery.
