JONES: Jean Elaine March 11, 1951 - June 2, 2006 Our beloved mother, daughter, sister peacefully passed away on Friday, June 2, 2006 at the Rockyview Hospital. She is survived by her two sons, Scott (Krista) Jones, and Mark (Chelsey) Jones; her mother, Alma Albright and brother, Richard (Joyce) Albright; numerous nieces and nephews, and her companion, Phil Moulding. Jean was born in Drumheller and lived in East Coulee-Delia Hand Hills area. After school, Jean moved to Drumheller and worked at the Drumheller Regional Hospital as a Unit Clerk. She met Jim Jones, they were married in 1973 and lived on Bonnie Doone farm near Cheadle where they raised their two sons. In 1988, Jean moved to Strathmore and began her fulfilling 18 year career as a cashier at the Strathmore Co-op. Memorial service will be held at Strathmore Alliance Church on June 9, 2006 at 2:00 PM. Jean was loved and will be missed by family and friends alike. Donations in memory of Jean may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
