CARTER, Jean - Peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2011 in Barrie in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late George Carter (2007). Loving mother of Alex (Tana) and David (Sylvia). Dear grandmother of Grant, Wesley and Lexus. Former choir member at St. Philip's Anglican Church, member of the Village Voices and co-founder of the Unionville Festival.
