VERNON Jean Anderson, age 85, of Vernon, died October 21, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2013 at Montevista Baptist Church in Eupora, Mississippi. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
