Janice Lynn Adams Johnson, 63, died Jan. 13, 2009, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach. She was born in Columbus, Miss., and moved to the Treasure Coast in 1957, coming from Homestead. Before retirement, she was a bookkeeper for an automotive company. Survivors include sons, Jeffrey Lashbrook of Vero Beach, Dirk Johnson of Port St. Lucie and Anthony Johnson of Fort Pierce; daughters, Kimberly Tinkham and Michelle Jones, both of Galesburg, Ill.; brothers, Gary A. Adams, Finley Adams and Joey Adams, all of Fort Pierce, and Ronnie Adams of Derby, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
