SMITH, Janice Lucille, 58, of Sebring, Fla., passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010, at home. She was born July 2, 1951, to Sylvester and Pearl (Cope) Stidham in Hamilton, Ohio, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1991, coming from Somerville, Ohio. She was employed in the retail industry in customer relations. Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her father and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Estel E. Smith of Sebring; daughter, Darlene (Heath) Young of Sebring; step-mother, Lena (Lucy) Stidham of Ohio; mother-in-law, Millie Schmalz of Sebring; brother, Albert (Becky) Stidham of Ohio; sisters-in-law, Beulah Dunson of Nevada; Irene White of Ohio and Ester Gilbert of Ohio; nephews, Cody and Michael Stidham of Ohio; and grandchildren, Lindsey and Jacob Young of Sebring. A celebration of life will take place 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at 1227 Lake Josephine Drive, Sebring, FL 33875.
