JANICE LEE O'NEILL CROWN POINT, IN Janice Lee O'Neill (nee Blank), age 54, of Crown Point, IN passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Gregg O'Neill of Crown Point; two daughters: Malinda and Caitlin O'Neill both of Crown Point; parents: John and Jacqualine Blank of Crown Point; two nephews: Andrew and Mark Blank; two nieces: Jennifer and Rachel O'Neill; and many family members and dear friends. Janice was preceded in death by her brother, John L. Blank, III, on June 13, 2011. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Janice L. O'Neill (nee Blank) will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at The Pentecostals of Southlake Church, 1640 W. 93rd Avenue, Merrillville, IN with Pastor Stroup and Pastor Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Lane Memorial Park, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway, Crown Point, IN.
