Mrs. Janet Louise Anna (Myers) Williams, age 68, of Gainesville, Ga., passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family on March 12, 2014. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2014, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Gainesville. Father Monsignor Jaime Barona will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014, at the funeral home. Janet was born on July 13, 1945, in Revloc, Pa., the daughter of the late Albert Myers and Margaret (Washnak) Myers. She has lived in the Dalton and Gainesville areas since 1972. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Gainesville. Janet graduated from Mount Aloysius College, Cresson, Pa. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert James Myers.Janet is survived by her husband, Russell C. Williams Jr. of Gainesville; daughter, Carey Lynn Williams Mackesey of Dunwoody; son, Russell C.
