Weeks, Jane Jane Birdsall Weeks, age 91 and wife of the late Frank E. Weeks, died peacefully at Norwalk Hospital on Tuesday, August 6. Jane was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 25, 1922, to the late Russell E. and Beatrice Birdsall. Jane has resided locally for over 50 years. She was an avid bridge player, bowler, and former President and Director of the CWBA. Jane also spent much of her time organizing and running youth bowling programs at Broad River Lanes in Norwalk. Survivors include her daughter Diane W. Janeway and her husband Eric, and her son Andrew H. Weeks and his wife Janet. She is also survived by her siblings Herbert, James, Russell Birdsall, and Barbara Demos as well as six grandchildren, one great grandson, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk on Wednesday, August 14. Jane's family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5PM - 7 PM. A memorial service will begin at 7 PM. Internment will be private.
