MOORE Jane (nee Kuchta) born August 20, 1939 to Joseph and Mary (Trabalka) Kuchta died suddenly in Saranac Lake, New York on Sept. 2, 2014. Jane was born in Passaic, NJ and lived all of her life in Clifton. She grew up in the Lakeview section and attended St. Brendan's School and Clifton High School. She worked for Garden State Credit Bureau and TRW for 34 years. When she retired, she became a Clifton School Crossing Guard for School #12 on Clifton Avenue for fourteen years. It was a job she truly loved. She treated each of the children as if they were her own. Jane loved to bake and would give cookies and breads away to the kids, teachers, neighbors, friends and relatives on all of the holidays and birthdays. Jane was a giving, caring, kind hearted person. Her gentle manner was evident to all who knew her. She will truly be missed. She is survived by her husband, Bill, brothers, Bernard Kuchta of San Diego, Ca., James Kuchta and his wife, Valerie of Nutley; her sisters, Mary Paula Purzycki and her husband, Kenneth of Parsippany and Patricia Kuchta of Lakewood, Colorado. She is also survived by four brothers- in- law, three sisters- in- law, a step son, Brian and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 9:15 AM Thursday from Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton and 10 AM at St. Brendan's RC Church, cor. Lakeview and Crooks Aves., Clifton.
