Jane Johnson - Hinesville -Jane Johnson, 86, died Monday, June 26, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center after a short illness. She was a native of Clearwater, FL, lived 40 years in Chatham County and the past 20 years in Hinesville. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree as an RN. While living in Savannah she did private nursing care. She was a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Hinesville. Surviving are two sons, Garrard O. Johnson and William R. "Bill" Johnson, III of Hinesville; one daughter, Harriett Johnson Edgerly of New Orleans, LA; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 29, 2006 at St. Philip's Episcopal Church with Father Will Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to St. Philip's Episcopal Church.
