She was predeceased by her mother & father, Lorecie Maddox-Smith & Carl B. Ray, and her step-father, Ernest T. Smith, brother, James Edward Ray. She is survived by her husband, Walter E. Jordan, 4 daughters & 1 son, Lorecie, Rose, Walter Jr. and Stephanie & Angela, also 2 brothers & 2 sisters, Dennis Smith (Patricia), Faye Leidenfrost (Chuck), Charles Smith & Mary Craft (James).
