James Russell ÔJim' Wilson, 57, of Oliver Springs passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.Mr. Wilson served in the US Army.He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Wilson and Nora Hatfield Wilson Thomas and step-father, Vernie Fred Thomas.Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Sharon Tucker Wilson.The family received friends Friday, June 7, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Sharp Funeral Home. The funeral was held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Big Mountain Baptist Church with Rev. David Coffman and Pastor Ronnie Maples officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
