FLANNAGAN, James Walter Born 1915 on the Isle of Man, James lived in Liverpool until the age of 12, later moving to Canada in 1927 where he attended Van Tech High School. He then worked for BC Electric, then BC Hydro for a combined 41 years. Also served as a navigator on Liberator Aircraft during the 2nd World War. His passions were gardening and stamp collecting, in that order, but family always came first. Predeceased by wife Louise Catherine, James is survived by his son, Keith. The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Clarendon Court for all their help over the years. Private Service by request.
