Mr. James Todd, 65, of Milford MA, died Monday evening (December 17, 2012) at Countryside Healthcare of Milford after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine (Guidali) Todd Mr. Todd was born in Glasgow, Scotland the son of Mary (Nash) Todd of Milford MA and the late Robert H. Todd. He came to the United States with his parents from Canada. He attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1965. He also attended Quinsigamond Junior College located in Worcester MA. Mr. Todd was first employed as a young man for Cedar Lawn Tree Service Company located in Ashland MA. He then became employed for thirty-five years at the former Mass Electric Company from which he retired as an overhead line supervisor in May of 2005. He then was employed at the former LRC Development Company and then returned to work for National Grid as a contractor from CHA Inc. Mr. Todd was an avid muscle car and classic car enthusiast, as well as a motorcycle enthusiast. Along with his beloved wife of forty-three years and his mother, he is survived by his 3 Children: Jeannine, wife of Nicholas Di Camillo of Torrance CA, Lauren Dias of Milford MA and James R. Todd of Castle Rock CO; 4 Grandchildren: Francisco Dias III, Chiara Di Camillo, Gabriella Di Camillo and Landon Dias; also several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Saturday (December 29th) at 10am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (Upper Church), 7 East Main Street, Milford MA.
