FORKLAND James Timothy "Tim" Carter, age 49, of Forkland, died March 24, 2009, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis. Services will be 11 a.m. today at Dogwood Chapel in Aliceville with Rev. Landon Williams officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. His father, James T. Carter, and mother, Mary Elizabeth Carter, preceded him in death.Survivors include his wife, Sherry Carter of Forkland; daughters, Christi Bryant of Gordo, Lindsey Carter of Forkland and JoAnna Carter of Forkland; sister, Ann Harris of Aliceville; and brother, Tommy Linn Carter of Carrollton.Tim was born July 16, 1959, and was a native of Pickens County. He resided in Forkland and was employed at NES Equipment Rental in Demopolis.
