James Robert Winne James Robert Winne of Bruno, Arkansas and formerly of Tallahassee and Neptune Beach, Florida died in an automobile accident along with his dog, Daisy, in Hernando, Mississippi on Sunday, July 25, 2010. He was 59. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida October 21, 1950. He had worked in Jacksonville, Florida at BFE and Wetherby Tool and Die, and retired as the machinist for the Department of Oceanography at Florida State University.Jim was FSU's Employee of the Year in 1990. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Elizabeth. He is survived by his wife, Pat of the home; step-son, John L. Terrie of Tallahassee; brother, Leon Gall (Kathy) of Jacksonville Beach; niece, Colleen Moore (Scott) of Denver, Colorado; father and mother-in-law, Walter and Pat Zukowski of Clearwater, Florida; and many, many friends.His hobbies included photography, ham radio (KB4IVH), acrylic painting, and repairing things.
